Shipping information and payment options

 

We offer EU-wide shipping (Germany and member states of the European Union).

Our goods are delivered with DHL. We send our items from our shipping center in Kiel. It is very important to us to deliver your order as quickly as possible so that you are just as enthusiastic about our service as you are about the K-Pop artists.

The delivery time for standard shipping within Germany is approx. 2 to 3 working days. Outside of Germany, please allow a delivery time of 5 to 7 working days.

If your order also includes a pre-order, please note the longer delivery time, as we do not send partial orders.

Pre-Order

The release date for pre-orders is given in the item description. Please note that this is the release date in Korea and the goods must first come to us in Germany.

With a pre-order order, you have to expect a delivery time within Germany of approx. 10-14 working days after the date of publication. Outside of Germany a delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks is to be expected.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping

Within Germany we ship to you completely free of charge. Within the EU, shipping costs EUR 9,95 and is also free of charge from a shopping basket value of EUR 150.

Payment options

In our online shop you can choose between different payment options:

Paypal: You pay as usual with your PayPal account. To process the payment you will be forwarded to PayPal as part of the ordering process. 

MasterCard & VISA: You pay with the data from your credit card.

Sofort: Sofort is a payment service with which you pay with your online banking data (PIN and TAN).

 

Bank transfer (prepayment): The total amount is to be transferred within 7 days after receipt of the order confirmation. If payment is not made by the due date, your order will be cancelled.
