How much does shipping cost?

Within Germany we ship to you free of shipping costs.
Outside of Germany the shipping costs are € 9,95.  From a value of goods of € 150,00 we ship EU-wide free of shipping costs.


When will my package arrive?

Please always pay attention to the stated delivery times for your ordered items. All items are shipped together, so it always depends on the longest delivery time. If all items are in stock, your package will reach you within 2-3 working days in Germany and within 3-6 working days in Europe. After shipping from us, you will receive a shipment tracking. How will my package be packed?

Sustainability is very important to us, which is why we use as little plastic as possible in our shipping. Nevertheless, we pack everything very securely, so that even in large parcels with posters everything is well protected. 


My shipping status is still open, what do I have to do?

Your shipping status is open until your package has been forwarded by us. This means that it usually takes a few days for pre-orders until you see an update with shipment tracking. 


When will my desired item be released?

The release date in Korea is shown at the top of the product detail page. This sometimes differs slightly from the release date of the music video, depending on the manufacturer, retailer and entertainment. We will use the date provided by our partner. If no date is given, the article has already been published.


I would like to exchange or return my item, what should I do?

It is always very important to us that you are satisfied with your merchandise. So please contact us and we will often find a solution. You can also use your right of withdrawal. For more information, please click here: Instructions on withdrawal.


Is your merchandise official?

Yes, all items are licensed by the entertainments. All items are of high quality and the clothing sizes are comparable to those in Europe.


I am looking for a specific item, what can I do?

If we do not have an item in our range, please contact us: we will support you where we can and try to get your desired item. All contact details can be found here.


When will items become available again (restock)?

Albums are regularly restocked depending on availability in Korea. Other merchandise is often limited in production and can therefore usually not become available again. Nevertheless, please feel free to use the stock subscription option and leave your email there, then we will check where the demand is particularly high and see if we can get subsequent deliveries more quickly.


Do I receive pre-order benefits (POB) from you?

We generally send you all the inserts from the manufacturer, but sometimes we also include extras from our suppliers. We take special care to ensure that your delivery is complete; feel free to contact us if you think something might be missing. Posters are generally shipped rolled, unless otherwise stated in the package.


How do I receive these Pre-Order Benefits (POB)?

With us, the shipping of the inserts is independent of the date. As long as the item is marked with "(Pre-Order)" in the name, you will receive all the inserts. This is usually the case until we have the item in our warehouse. Nevertheless, please always pay attention to the information in the scope of delivery.


How can I pay with you?

My payment failed or did not work, what can I do?

If you are registered, you can resume the payment directly in your order history. Otherwise, we will send you a payment reminder link. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and have your payment details ready. If you get stuck, just contact us, we will be happy to support you.
